At the age of 38, I felt I am old. I couldn’t lift weight, climb stairs, run or even walk hastily. I was not better than an 83 year-old. At the prime of my life, I struggled to live and was slowly giving-in to lead the life as a sick man.

Now after 8 months, I am working in a grocery store, living the life of a normal man. I can walk hastily, climb stairs or run without panting. I do all normal chores back home.
